Oven turkey ingredients:
  • Turkey.
  • Three tablespoons of each: soft caraway. cumin. cinnamon. Soft sweet spice. Paprika. Salt two tablespoons of black pepper. Two tablespoons of fine lime. A tablespoon of soft cardamom.
  • One teaspoon finely ground nutmeg.
  • Two pills of lome.
  • A quarter cup of olive oil.
Filling Ingredients:
  • Five large onions.
  • Three cups of chickpea flour.
  • Half a cup of corn oil.
How to cook turkey in the oven:
  • First, bring a tray that is enough for the size of the turkey to be grilled.
    Then put the caraway, cumin, cinnamon, allspice, pepper, lime, nutmeg, cardamom, paprika and salt in a saucepan, and mix the ingredients well to combine.
    Then distribute some of the mixed spices inside the rooster.
    Then put the chopped onion in a pan and heat it, stirring constantly, until it becomes golden.
  • Then add the oil and stir the onions until they wilt, then add the chickpeas and spices.
  • Then add the right lomi and stir until the onions turn brown and take on the flavor of spices.
    Then fill the turkey cavity with the prepared filling.
    Then brush the outside of the turkey with the rest of the spices and olive oil.
    Then put the turkey on the tray.
  • Then put a piece of aluminum foil lightly on top of it, and you must take care not to cover the rooster completely with aluminum foil in order to acquire the flavor of grilling.
    Then preheat the oven to 250 degrees and put the rooster in it for an hour.
  • After an hour, reduce the oven temperature to 180 and leave it for two hours until it is fully cooked.
  • To give it a delicious taste, brush the outside of the turkey with the liquid that comes out from it from time to time during grilling.
  • Remove the rooster from the oven and leave it for 14 minutes before slicing it to preserve the consistency of the flavor in it, and to keep it moist from the inside, and health and wellness.
